AFC is a technology provider and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operator. We are not a lender, creditor, loan servicer, or financial institution. We do not originate, underwrite, fund, service, or collect on any loans or receivables. All responsibility for compliance with lending laws, consumer protection laws, underwriting, disclosures, and borrower communications rests solely with the school or institution using our Platform.
1. Information We Collect. We collect the following types of information:
Information You Provide Directly
- Account registration information (name, email, phone, school name, address)
- Payment information (credit card details for school administrative fees)
- Information you upload or enter into the Platform (borrower applications, contract data, school certifications)
- Communications you send to us (emails, support tickets, etc.)
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and browser information
- IP address and location data
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
Information from Third Parties.
We may receive information from schools or their authorized representatives in connection with the services provided under separate agreements (such as the Receivables Purchase Agreement and Program Administrator Agreement).
2. How We Use Your Information. We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the TuitionBridges SaaS Platform
- Process transactions and school administrative fees
- Communicate with you about your account and our services
- Improve and develop our Platform and services
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security breaches
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not use borrower personal information to make lending decisions, underwrite loans, or determine creditworthiness. Those functions are performed exclusively by the school.
3. How We Share Your Information. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers who assist us in operating the Platform (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics) under strict confidentiality obligations
- With the school or institution that is the primary user of the Platform, as necessary to deliver the services
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights and safety
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with appropriate protections)
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Data Security. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Privacy Rights. Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Access to the personal information we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of your personal information (subject to legal and contractual obligations)
- Opt-out of certain data processing (where applicable)

6. Children’s Privacy. Our Platform and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Privacy Statement. We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Statement.
8. Governing Law. This Privacy Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
